Brandon Courtney is the author of three full-length poetry collections This, Sisyphus (YesYes Books, 2019), Rooms for Rent in the Burning City (SparkWheel Press) and The Grief Muscles (Syracuse University Press), as well as the chapbooks Inadequate Grave (YesYes Books) and Improvised Devices (Thrush Press). His work has been published in Poetry Daily, Poetry International, UK Best New Poetries (Carcanet Press), Best New Poets, Tin House, and the The Boston Review among others. Brandon has received scholarships and fellowships from Sewanee Writers' Conference, Colgate University, Juniper Writers Conference, and Seaside Writers' Conference. He currently resides in Terre Haute, Indiana, with his wife, Bailey, and their son, Luca. Brandon is currently finishing his first memoir and writing toward completing a selected works.
