Hi everyone! My name's Elise and I created this subtopic to be a safe space and a place to hang out for all spoonies of all types- ND folks, chronic illness peeps, those with hidden disabilities. I'm autistic and also have ADHD, OCD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, among other mental health struggles, and suffer from quite a lot of chronic illness issues, most of which are linked to me being ND (GI issues, allergy and immune issues, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, autonomic dysfunction issues, etc). Looking forward to growing this community here!
