Sure! One effective home remedy for pimples is applying a paste made of crushed aspirin mixed with a little water directly onto the affected area. Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which helps to reduce inflammation and unclog pores. Leave the paste on for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Remember to moisturize afterward to prevent dryness.

I would have never thought of this.
Did they try it because they knew about the acid beforehand, or were they just breaking pills up and smearing it on their faces and were surprised when this worked?

I actually remember now, when I was a child and I have a wound on my feet my grandmother did the same - get an antibiotic tablet, pulverised it and out it where my wound it. It actually works.

I have sensitive skin, but products with Niacinamide work for me. Hopefully, it will work for you too. For the soap, I use Kojic acid, but I just wash my face with soap for like ten seconds, then make sure to rinse right away.

Not a home remedy but my derma recommended me using tea tree soap and taking acnotin. It really helped my break outs before.

You can also try a face mask of egg white and lemon juice. Also put a dab of toothpaste on the spot at night before bed.
