I'm searching a lot about different kinds of vegetables juices and how can I make it at home. I like avocado juice. What's your favorite juice?

Hahaha, same here! I don't eat foods with many healthy spices it makes me dizzy!!

But hubby does drink lemon grass soup, broccoli, ginger tea, and fruits like papaya, bananas, watermelons, and oranges. If meat choose only chicken meat and forbid carbohydrates. Prefer more

fibers and more water intake.

It sounds like your husband has a very healthy diet with lots of nutritious options like lemongrass soup, broccoli, ginger tea, and a variety of fruits. Opting for chicken meat and focusing on fiber-rich foods while limiting carbohydrates is a great approach for overall health.

Yes, indeed! After years of convincing him that lemon grass tastes like a beer, he finally adapted! ahahaha

That's hilarious! It sounds like quite the convincing job. Cheers to successfully changing taste perceptions! Hahaha
