I'm searching a lot about different kinds of vegetables juices and how can I make it at home. I like avocado juice. What's your favorite juice?

Celery juice. Add apples, pineapples, lemon, turmeric, and mint.

kidding aside, I did met a lady who is self conscious of what she eats everyday. She is 38 years old but looks like 25. I admire her and she motivates me to start eating healthy foods one step at a time. Its fun and I'm liking it :) 
That's fantastic to hear! It's wonderful that you've found inspiration in someone who values their health and well-being. Taking small steps toward eating healthier can have a big impact in the long run. Keep up the good work, and enjoy the journey to a healthier lifestyle!

Hahaha, same here! I don't eat foods with many healthy spices it makes me dizzy!!

But hubby does drink lemon grass soup, broccoli, ginger tea, and fruits like papaya, bananas, watermelons, and oranges. If meat choose only chicken meat and forbid carbohydrates. Prefer more 

fibers and more water intake.
